    Never really has the products we look for with our bunny. Organic Pellets are not stocked. Can never find bigger bags of Timothy hay on the shelf either, store always says "oh we are just sold out" then said they would call when they come in but never has. Better off making the trip to Ren's Pet Depot in London.

    Chris helped my wife and I find a better quality food for my cat. He was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. He is an asset for this store and hope he stays. I'll be coming back because of the selection and his customer service
