  I just had the pleasure of speaking with Meagan, actually I'm just being polite. She just had the pleasure of talking over me and not listening. She would not even give me a chance to speak to update my address (after learnig I still had an account with them) , let alone told me that the office had some major turn over a year ago,new staff after everyone else left and that was why I waited a week and a half for a return phone call.. lol.. ok. It was excuse after excuse, said they didnt see anything on file ect. then when I asked a question she told me " Im just going to hang up on you so you can leave a message." She clearly had no answers so instead rudeness was her answer. I have never seen customer service done so bad. I would give 0 stars if I could! Meagan, listen to your customer! Let them speak!

  I have never seen so much incompetence in one office. I admit they have extra challenges with things head office has been doing but they also do a pretty good job of making things worse. Meghan seems to be the only one there with any skill at all.
