  At this point I called State Farm Insurance head office & spoke with a manager there in the Customer Relations Department who politely & kindly addressed my concern & wrote up a complaint to address with David the manager of this location so in fact there is a manager & he will personally be writing me an apology as well as Drew & the other staff members.

  In addition my phone number has been removed from their files since Drew in fact did have his wires crossed & information wrong calling me by mistake & in error!!

  Perhaps this establishment should be more careful & professional about the phone calls & voicemails they make & leave in the future!

  When I attempted to return Drew's phone call & inform him politely of his error a female staff member answered stating Drew was unavailable & accused me of lying about my identity in order to get out of paying. I tried to assure her this was not the case & to please kindly remove my contact information from their files & no longer call me with harassing content & requested that she stop using condescending tone. She proceeded to be more belligerent & swear then hung up on me.

  Drew left me a lengthy voicemail regarding details of a payment relapse & demanding repayment & all the ways I could make that payment & for me to come in to the office & call him back immediately to discuss the matter promptly shortly after 9 am on Wednesday morning (February 17th / 2016)

  I attempted to call back & speak with a manager or supervisor but my calls went unanswered so I called back again this time blocking my number when another female agent answered.

  I attempted to state that all places of business' have a supervisor or manager & that I did not believe her to which she stated she did not care if I believed her & she too hung up on me.
