  Would recommend them without hesitation. See bad reviews, but remember that people scorned speak out, and the ones like me with good to say, don't say it often enough. Thanks JSP&H you did a great job!

  Had them do a check on my boiler system when I moved into a house and had never used a system like this before. Steve was kind enough to walk me through the steps he was doing, so I understood what was needed in future. Spent a lot of time with me, and charged only a nominal fee.

  We were new to the area and had no idea who to call for plumbing. Jim Shipp Plumbing made our issue a priority and responded promptly. The service was professional with the work explained to us, high quality and fair pricing. This is exactly the kind of service we were looking for and we will continue to use them in the future when needed.

  Called them for clogged drain. They quoted me $85 an hour and $50 if the power pack is used. The plumber came spent a half hour. Charged me $85 and $70 for the power pack. Asked why $70 when I was quoted $50. He argued with me, mentioned placing a lien on my house. I called the office, asked why I was charged more then what I was quoted. They said they would get back to me. No one did. Now they don't answer or return my calls. Do not use Jim Shipp Plumbing they rip people off.

  Was new to the area. Got a couple quotes and selected Jim Shipp due to their high rating with BBB. Had to move a bunch of water lines, had a sump pump installed, new water lines and a sewage pump alarm. They missed a couple small things but came back and completed the work within their original price. Very satisfied with their service, will use again.

  Will rip you off. They gave me a quote over the phone. But plumber charged me a lot more. When I questioned he got rude and angry with me. Threatened to place a lien on the house. I felt like I didn't have an option but pay. I contacted the office and they said would look into it. But no one called me back and they don't accept my calls. On top of that plumber did not care for my property. Refused to take shoes off, left a mess for me to clean. My kitchen still leaks. Don't use Jim Shipp they will rip you off.
