  Excellent customer service! We got Clementine here and everything we needed for his cage. All the pets look healthy at Pet Smart.

  This was our first time here thought the store was very clean and looked pleasant! The cashier was friendly and greeted us as we walked in, the young lady working in the Fish dept. was also great! However...The Manager of the Fish department Michelle was very rude, we were looking at a tank with our kids and she ubruptly told us to move out of her way VERY rudely as she pushed a large trolley towards our 3 and 1 year old, as she shot us daggers and said I am BUSY!! I said ok np wouldnt hurt to smile, then walked away. Then we left as she almost ran over an elderly man crouched down looking at fish, then she did what she had to do and when finished she then followed us around the store looking for an argument to sarchastically ask us if we needed help. When we said “no thanks we will ask someone else” she continued to bother us and she flipped out on us inside the store. She then out of nowhere said yelled “you know I didn’t know Smiling was in my job classification!”. As someone who has worked and managed in that field I can say this: it is and it isnt part of your job, but I can tell you Michelle , it helps. What definately is not in your title though is scaring toddlers and harassing customers around the store and while arguing and giving them filthy looks making them feel unwelcome. It gets better...She then lingered and blurted out “ I am GOOD at customer service!!!” At that point I said ” I can see that, bye.” at that point She turned around and yelled “ No!!! YOU BYE!!!” With her face full of rage!!! I wasnt sure if she was kicking us out or acting like a 2 year old , but Ill never bring my children who are more mature than a woman in her late 30’s or early 40’s to a place like that ever again!!! What a shame!!

  Staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't currently have a cat groomer but said they should have one early in the new year.

  I visited this past Saturday afternoon.I had a good look around and found very little selection, but great for a town like Woodstock. To my amazement the tall middle aged woman with the cat eye glasses and dark hair was muttering offensive words under her breath, about her staff. I could hear her well and clear and I was unsure at first if she meant it about me but then I figure it was about her staff... god bless the poor young lady working beneath her. Terrible leadership :/
