  I am literally never going back to TSC again. I would rather drive out of my way to a different farm store for at the very least some staff who are knowledgeable and have and have some decent manners. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I spent an hour in the store and came out with a roll of duct tape.. Now headed to a different store for the supplies I need P.S ( TSC had what I needed the staff were just too ignorant to help me get it)

  I called in and was put on hold a couple of times. Staff didn't seem to understand what I was asking for even though I gave them the part number off the tsc website. They wondered if it was American product and yet went to check their stock. 28 minutes of holding...I just hung up.

  Completely unprofessional and likes to waste people's time and money. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I knew this TSC had a bad reputation but with all new management you'd think they would try to step it up a bit.
