    This was my third time at this Ford location trying to get the same issue dealt with. So far I've spent $2200 trying to fix the problem. (**Edit: Before taking it to Ford, another shop in town told me they wouldn't even try to fix it, that's how bad the problem was.) Hopefully this third time was the charm.

    They r no good they try to sell a truck to me for 60,000 dollar and never told me that the truck cost that they wont give me my 1000.00 deposit this just happen feb 10 2018 im trying to get my money omvic is invold i would tell people not to buy there no loyality to there buyer allaways look at your bill of sale woodstock ford i rate them nothing.a other dealer told me that they have to give me money back

    John took the time with me tire kicking. After quite a few test drives he finally got me into a Escape (Sport). So far I am very happy with the decision. We will see how the service department is afterwards (only did the free oil change so far and it was all good. Pretty quick for a dealership actually...)

    **Edit: After talking more in depth to a manager, they have explained the online booking malfunction to me, and apologized for the small blips in communication. This follow up is one of the things that sets Ford apart from other shops.

    By far one the best buying experiences we have ever had. We have purchased ten Fords prior to dealing with Woodstock Ford. We told Matt Roberts how we prefer to handle our car purchases and he was nothing but accommodating. Pricing on the new vehicles was excellent and trade ins were right in line with what we were expecting based on our research. In the end we got a fair deal with no pressure from Matt or Woodstock Ford. If you are looking for a Ford give Woodstock Ford a chance, you will be impressed.

    I have tried booking oil change appointments on their online appointment maker and both times I received an automated response saying it's logged and they will get back to me. They didn't get back to me either time.

    Easiest time ever buying a vehicle at Woodstock Ford the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable on the vehicle they were selling me. I got exactly what I wanted for a price I could easily afford. I would recommend Woodstock Ford to my family and friends.

    2 of the 3 times I have been, they seemed to have 'forgot' to call me when my car was ready. I had to call them and ask if it was done, 20 minutes before closing.(dropped the car off at 8am)

    As well 2 of the times they forgot to add my ford advantage points to my account. I had to ask them if they had done it and each time they said something along the lines of 'oh I figured the other person at the desk would have'.
