  Bill is amazing at Customer Service...he should run a course for anyone in the service industry. Sitting in the waiting room listening to him interact with customers ... best I have ever seen anywhere. From the elderly who aren't sure what they want to younger customers to Moms with kids in tow...just a master at making his customers feel listened to, honestly treated and that he and the team are doing their extra best for you... haven't been anywhere ever like it!
